About Søren Høgh Thomsen

Søren Høgh Thomsen is a partner at Gorrissen Federspiel and is an experienced counsel who leads its trade mark and IP transactions work. He specialises in advising on contractual setups and agreements, particularly in drafting, constructing and negotiating IP transaction contracts; however, he is also involved in IP litigation. Søren has worked on high-profile international and domestic trade mark cases from both prosecution and enforcement perspectives. His extensive involvement in the IP field is further demonstrated by his service on numerous councils, boards and legislative committees concerning IP matters – for example, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and International Trademark Association (INTA).
