About Søren Stæhr

Søren Stæhr is a partner at Gorrissen Federspiel with more than 20 years’ experience advising Danish and international clients on business law. He has expertise in M&A transactions, company law and joint ventures, including company formation and the negotiation of shareholder arrangements. Søren specialises in structuring and organising cross-border trade, co‑operation and distribution models, and in drafting and negotiating OEM, strategic co‑operation, production and sales agreements. He advises on complex project deliveries and international construction contracts, including consortium establishment, contract management and claims handling. Søren also conducts litigation and arbitration in Denmark and internationally.
