About Camilla Søgaard Hudson

Camilla Søgaard Hudson is a partner in Bech-Bruun’s shipping and litigation group. She specialises in all aspects of maritime, transport, offshore and insurance law. Camilla handles cases on the carriage of goods, charterparties and bunker disputes (among others), rendering legal advice to Danish and non-Danish business clients including insurance companies, P&I clubs, ship-owners and cargo interests. She is part of Bech-Bruun’s ESG team, advising on compliance and on disputes regarding green shipping. Camilla is the vice-president of the Transport Law Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), and is often a speaker at national and international shipping conferences. She holds an LLM in Maritime Law from the National University of Singapore.
