About Anne Buhl Bjelke

Anne Buhl Bjelke is a partner at Bech-Bruun, specialising in insurance law and dispute resolution. She is an expert in corporate and regulatory insurance law, advising Danish and foreign insurance companies on portfolio transfers and insurance distribution and life and pension insurance. She is an experienced litigator, handling cases on insurance cover and liability in tort and contract before the national courts and arbitration tribunals. She chaired the IBA’s Insurance Committee in 2020-2022 and has been Lloyd’s General Representative (Denmark) since 2017. She is also a certified mediator and acts as an arbitrator.
