About Johannes Grove Nielsen

Johannes Grove Nielsen is a partner at Bech-Bruun and head of the firm’s dispute resolution department. With many years’ experience, he is considered one of the leading Danish disputes lawyers, both nationally and internationally. Johannes is known for his solution-oriented approach and deep understanding of the client’s requirements. He is an experienced litigator – particularly in the areas of professional liability, post-M&A disputes and corporate and shareholder disputes, and he is serving on the board of the Danish Institute of Arbitration. He also has a background in maritime law. Johannes chaired the IBA’s Maritime & Transport Law Committee in 2021–22 and is currently serving on the Nomination Committee of the CMI.
