About Lars Rosenberg Overby

Lars Rosenberg Overby is a senior associate in Bech-Bruun’s shipping and litigation group. Lars was involved in drafting the standard contract Windtime, which is used in the offshore wind industry, and he has advised on the charter of ships for several years. He is also chairperson of the Danish Maritime Law Association and active in the Polar Shipping Committee in Comité Maritime International. Lars has a background in P&I/defence insurance. Further, he is a juris doctor, completing a degree at the Institute of Maritime Law, University of Oslo. Lars has written several books and articles on maritime law topics and has been an external lecturer in maritime law at the University of Copenhagen.
