About Lise Lauridsen

Lise Lauridsen advises on all aspects of labour and employment law. Lise has particular experience advising Danish and international undertakings in connection with business transfers, outsourcing, reorganisations as well as employment terms and incentive schemes for executives and other key employees, and on the abuse of trade secrets. She also has extensive litigation experience and is highly knowledgeable in terms of dismissal of civil servants and employees in positions similar to that of civil servants, and she has, for a number of years, conducted legal inquiries into different aspects at public authorities and enterprises.
