About Malthe Hersom Kløft

Malthe Hersom Kløft is an associate in Bech-Bruun’s shipping and litigation group. He provides legal support across a broad range of maritime, transport, offshore and insurance matters, assisting domestic and international clients with complex issues relating to shipping operations and dispute resolution. As part of Bech-Bruun’s shipping ESG team, Malthe is actively involved in advising on regulatory compliance. He regularly contributes to academic discourse on ESG in the maritime sector through publications and presentations. Additionally, Malthe serves on the board of Young CMI Denmark, the Danish association for young maritime lawyers.
