About Simon Milthers

Simon Milthers is a partner at Bech-Bruun, where he specialises in M&A and corporate law. Simon has advised on numerous transactions in the past 20 years, including in the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors, as well as in the tech and biotech space – gaining extensive expertise in the sector’s complex regulations. In addition to his corporate law practice, Simon also advises on chairships, shareholders’ agreements, venture investments, reorganisations, corporate governance, and contract law. He is a member of Bech-Bruun’s board of directors, the Danish Corporate Law Association and the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
