About Rasmus Schmidt

Rasmus Schmidt is a senior associate at Bech-Buun and an expert in conducting commercial and arbitration proceedings on contracts, damages, liability, real estate and M&A transactions. He represents insurance companies, general housing organisations, state-owned corporations, public authorities, banks, pension providers, foreign enterprises, trade organisations as well as large and medium-sized enterprises. He conducts cases before the Danish courts and arbitration proceedings before the Danish Institute of Arbitration and ad hoc proceedings. He has also been a lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. He is a member of the Danish Arbitration Association and Young Arbitrators Copenhagen.
