Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen is a partner in Bech-Bruun’s M&A group, renowned for his exceptional expertise and specialisation in private M&A and venture capital, with a distinct focus on serving private equity clients and facilitating growth investments (particularly in the technology sector). Throughout the years, Thomas has demonstrated his proficiency by advising a multitude of global and local private equity sponsors – as well as Danish and international industrials – across all facets of M&A transactions. Thomas has been with Bech-Bruun since 2008, having previously spent some time working with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in London.
