About Emil Petri

Emil Petri specialises in litigation and arbitration within the field of commercial law. He has particular experience in commercial disputes relating to insurance law and the law of damages, but has represented both Danish and international clients in litigation and arbitration cases across a wide range of industries and practice areas. Emil also advises clients on product liability and the negotiation, conclusion and interpretation of commercial contracts. In his day-to-day work, Emil draws on his experience from his previous work, where he practiced IP rights, EU law and competition law.
