Jonas Kristiansen
advises financial sector players on a broad variety of regulatory matters, including crypto-assets, payment services, fintech and other credit granting. He also assists on M&A, notably in relation to financial undertakings, and advises on transactions involving non-regulated businesses. Jonas is also involved in the marketing and management of alternative investment funds, and advises on general company law. Having previously worked in dispute resolution and tax law, he also draws on these competencies in his daily work.
