Noora Ahonen is a senior associate in Castrén & Snellman’s Tax and Structuring team, specialising in taxation, with over ten years’ comprehensive experience. Her areas of expertise include corporate taxation, international tax, VAT, M&A and tax disputes. In addition, she assists clients in matters relating to mining minerals taxation and energy taxation. She also works with the Environment, Energy & Green Transition team, focusing on environmental law and energy matters. Her multidisciplinary expertise enables her to address complex tax matters with a comprehensive understanding of the broader regulatory landscape.
