About Annemari Rosi

Annemari Rosi is a senior associate in the M&A team at Hannes Snellman and specialises in capital markets and public M&A transactions, as well as securities markets regulation. She has advised clients in a number of equity and debt capital transactions, including IPOs, secondary share issues and bond issues, as well as in other transactions involving listed companies. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Annemari worked as an associate for another law firm. She is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
