About Kadri Vatman

Kadri Vatman is a senior associate within Hannes Snellman’s finance practice, advising local and international clients, including established financial institutions and new market entrants, on financial services regulation. Her practice encompasses banking, investment services, asset management, payment services, insurance, financial technology, derivatives, and capital and financial markets law. She has experience in licensing and authorisation processes for local and cross-border activities, fund marketing, and regulatory support in M&A transactions, working in close collaboration with the firm’s capital markets and M&A teams. Kadri also advises clients in the space sector on regulatory matters, and is a member of the Finnish Space Law Association.
