About Roosa Raikko

Roosa Raikko is a senior associate within Hannes Snellman’s intellectual property and technology & data practice. She advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property and technology, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and complex ICT transactions. She also advises on data, privacy and AI matters, and has supported multiple M&A transactions on data protection, technology and IP issues. Roosa holds an international privacy and data protection certificate (CIPP/E). She also regularly advises clients on regulatory questions related to the space sector. Roosa is a member of the Finnish Space Law Association.
