About Rabbe Sittnikow

Rabbe Sittnikow is a partner at Hannes Snellman and has over 25 years' experience in various private and public M&A deals. He has significant experience in advising clients in infrastructure and energy sector deals, having advised on some of the largest Finnish energy distribution deals and in relation to planned Finnish nuclear power plant projects. He has also advised on a number of Finnish renewable energy transactions. Rabbe is acting as an officer and a member of the Advisory Board of the International Bar Association’s M&A and Corporate Committee.
