About Elmiira Kutvonen

Elmiira Kutvonen is a senior associate based in Helsinki and a member of Roschier’s employment practice. She is a versatile employment lawyer with broad expertise. She plays an integral role in the team, handling complex assignments such as HR internal investigations, employment disputes, transactional employment matters and various advisory services. Elmiira is a trusted adviser handling sensitive matters related to alleged harassment and inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. She has strong expertise in co-operation procedures, collective and local agreements, and equal treatment issues.
