About Johanna Flythström

Johanna Flythström is specialised in strategic and commercial intellectual property issues. She advises clients in complex patent matters, including enforcement strategies, litigation, licensing and transactions in various technical fields. She has extensive experience in patent litigations before national courts in Finland and the UPC, and in co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional disputes. She is admitted to practice in Finland and California (State Bar of California) and is an authorised patent attorney in Finland. She frequently lectures and writes about intellectual property matters. She currently serves as an Assistant Reporter General of AIPPI, and (inter alia) has served as the President of the Finnish Association for Industrial Property Rights.
