About Mikael Segercrantz

Mikael Segercrantz focuses his practice on intellectual property, regulatory matters, and marketing and consumer law, including litigation. He has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation in Finland and before the CJEU, both as first and second chair. Such proceedings related to patents, trade marks, copyright, design and other intellectual property rights, and involved questions such as preliminary injunctions, infringing acts and invalidity claims. Mikael has also acted as counsel before the Unified Patent Court. He is the President of the Finnish Association for Industrial Property Rights (STY).
