About Christoffer Waselius

Christoffer Waselius was appointed partner at Waselius in 2014 and co-heads the M&A department. His emphasis is on M&A, as well as energy and environmental law (and disputes related thereto). Christoffer’s clients include energy companies (traditional and renewable), chemicals companies, PE houses and other corporates, and he frequently acts for foreign investors in cross-border deals. He is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and the Finnish Law Society (treasurer from 2006–09). He is widely published.
