About Niklas Thibblin

Niklas Thibblin is the managing partner of Waselius & Wist and head of the tax and structuring practice. He is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, and joined the firm in 2000 after obtaining his Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki; he has been a partner since 2009. Niklas has also spent time at Loyens & Loeff in Rotterdam and Luxembourg, working on various international tax issues. He has extensive experience in structuring demanding cross-border transactions, including securitisation transactions.
