About Timo Lehtimäki

Timo Lehtimäki is a partner and head of the banking and finance practice at Waselius. Timo’s primary focus is on demanding cross-border transactions. His clients include numerous leading international banks, non-bank lenders, private equity houses and corporates, which he advises on their Finland-related matters. Timo’s key areas of expertise include financing transactions, asset-based lending and bond issuances. He joined the firm in 2007 and the partnership in 2013, and is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
