About Ville-Veikko Vänttinen

Ville-Veikko Vänttinen is a senior associate at Waselius & Wist, and works on banking and finance and capital markets matters and M&A. He joined Waselius & Wist in 2016, and is a member of the Finnish Bar Association. In addition to his law degree from the University of Turku in 2018, Ville-Veikko also obtained an M.Sc. (Econ.) from Aalto University in 2019. He has been team leader in several public and private securitisation transactions.
