About Fatia Bouteiller

Fatia Bouteiller is a legal expert and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law. She has 15 years’ experience in the field of international mobility: immigration, expatriation, Posted Workers Directives and international social security. Prior to joining Deloitte Société d’Avocats, Fatia worked for nine years with Business France Agency (in charge of new investors into France) where she actively participated to the simplification of the immigration process, working closely with the French authorities, notably in connection with the implementation of the multi-year residency permits for mobile employees and family members, the abolition of medical examination, the launch of the French tech programme and the introduction of the talent passport residence permit.
