Jurga McCluskey is a partner at Deloitte and an award-winning immigration expert with some 20 years’ experience. She leads the firm's UK and European immigration practice, and is part of the global leadership team. Jurga is fluent in several languages and advises blue-chip clients on how to combine immigration compliance with their business needs. She advises global organisations across technology, financial services, engineering and oil and gas, amongst other sectors. Jurga is skilled at dealing with immigration corporate governance and global compliance audits, and has extensive experience in emergency evacuation projects for corporate clients. She regularly advises on immigration-related business continuity issues, including remote working and right to work issues that came to the fore during the pandemic.
