About Melanie Carr

Melanie Carr is a partner and solicitor based in Deloitte's London office. She has worked in UK immigration law for over 11 years and advises on all aspects of UK immigration, including the Points Based System (PBS). Melanie manages key corporate immigration accounts for leading investment banks, media and technology companies, and advises private clients on issues relating to settlement, nationality and European law. She is particularly interested in the development of immigration policy, and has experience in strategic immigration planning for large organisations. She assists international assignment departments and HR managers in developing compliance and Legal Right to Work policies.
