Andrew focuses largely on preemptive remedies, including freezing orders, provisional liquidations and discovery orders in support of arbitration. He has acted in numerous successful asset retrieval operations across the CIS, Latin America and Asia. He has also pioneered a number of cross-border protocols between court officers and is regularly retained to advise on the restructuring of international distressed structures.
