is a Senior Associate professional support lawyer for the firm's litigation department, supporting the commercial dispute resolution, regulatory & compliance, construction & engineering and finance litigation teams. In this role Amanda is responsible for keeping the department and the firm's clients abreast of new litigation legal developments, including in relation to eDisclosure, through legal insights, articles and training. Prior to joining Walker Morris LLP, Amanda worked as a solicitor and senior associate in the litigation & regulatory group of a global law firm, where she specialised in all forms of commercial dispute resolution (including arbitration) with an emphasis on general commercial and business disputes, insurance/reinsurance claims and coverage issues, both domestic and cross-border. Amanda's experience involved dealing with litigation at all levels of the English court system and included complex eDisclosure management.
