She has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in their most complex and important disputes. Her practice includes commercial litigation matters, regulatory matters, internal investigations and domestic and international arbitrations. Her broad experience includes contractual disputes, shareholder and boardroom disputes, partnership disputes, project and joint venture disputes, supply chain issues (including product liability claims), business acquisition disputes, environmental disputes, fraud, tracing claims and disputes relating to pensions. She regularly acts in cases requiring urgent remedies, such as applications for injunctions and specific performance – for example, in relation to employee fraud. Gwendoline is an accredited mediator and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is also a member of the International Bar Association and has strong connections with law firms in the USA, Europe and Asia.
