About Colin Loveday

Colin Loveday of Clayton Utz is internationally recognised as a pre-eminent litigation lawyer specialising in the defence of class actions, product claims and complex commercial disputes. He has defended some of Australia’s most high-profile class actions. He has been continuously involved in the development of Australian class action practice and procedure, and the defence of class actions for over 30 years.
