With over 20 years’ experience, Christy specialises in performance and conduct management, sensitive workplace investigations and complex industrial/employment disputation. She regularly advises on appropriate employment management techniques, management of allegations of workplace bullying and harassment and sensitive terminations of employment. Christy also leads large-scale wage audits, advises on the impact and remediation of underpayments and navigating regulatory oversight.
