David has worked on some of the largest pieces of litigation to be conducted in Australia in recent years, including acting for Volkswagen, Audi and Škoda in the diesel emissions regulatory and class actions, and acting for Yara International in the Oswal litigation, as well as working on several cross-border litigation projects in other jurisdictions.
