About Kirsten Webb

Kirsten Webb is a partner in Clayton Utz’s national competition practice group and co-head of the firm’s international practice. Kirsten operates across the competition and consumer law spectrum, handling sensitive merger clearance, key advisory and enforcement matters. Her notable enforcement experience includes acting in federal court regulatory litigation in the pharma, telecommunications, digital, retail and energy sectors. Kirsten is a member of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section, the International Bar Association, and the Law Council of Australia’s Competition and Consumer Law Committee.
