Kirsten Webb
is a senior partner in Clayton Utz’s competition practice and is co-head of its Sydney office. Kirsten advises on merger reform and merger clearance of cross-border and domestic transactions, and works across the spectrum of competition and consumer law including key advisory and enforcement matters. Kirsten is a member of the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section (vice-chair of the Foreign Investment and National Security Committee), the International Bar Association and the Law Council of Australia’s Competition and Consumer Law Committee.
