Sheena McKie is a special counsel in the commercial litigation practice at Clayton Utz’s Sydney office and has substantial experience in high-profile, large-scale class actions, as well as complex commercial and product liability litigation. Her practice has a particular focus on the healthcare and life sciences sector, including disputes involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices, in addition to regularly advising clients in relation to the complex regulatory and legislative regimes established by therapeutic goods legislation and the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme pricing).
