Sheena McKie is a special counsel in the Sydney commercial litigation practice at Clayton Utz, with substantial experience in high-profile, large-scale class actions, complex commercial and product liability litigation. Sheena’s practice has a particular focus on the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including disputes involving pharmaceutical and medical devices, as well as on advising clients in relation to the complex regulatory and legislative regimes established by therapeutic goods legislation and the National Health Act (PBS pricing).
