About Timothy Webb

Timothy Webb is a partner in the intellectual property and technology practice group at Clayton Utz. His expertise covers all aspects of intellectual property law (eg, copyright, trade marks, patents, designs, confidential information, domain names) in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has extensive public sector experience. He has also acted for clients in landmark Australian test cases for both copyright and designs. Tim is also the joint head of the firm’s trade mark and brand protection group, which is responsible for matters relating to the registration of trade marks, including clearance.
