is an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel in the Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) team in Casablanca. Chaimaâ focuses on the structuring, development and financing of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, as well as on foreign investments in Morocco. She assists sponsors, lenders and public authorities throughout the project lifecycle, from the initial tender and contractual framework to financial close and implementation, in sectors including transport, renewable energy and public services.
