About Benoit Pape

Benoit Pape is a counsel at Gide in the Casablanca projects (finance & infrastructure) team, where he has been based since 2016. He specialises in the development of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in Morocco, with a particular focus on renewable energy, electricity distribution, power purchase agreements and regulatory matters. Benoit regularly advises governments, administrative authorities, sponsors and lenders, and has contributed to the drafting of Moroccan legislation on electricity distribution, waste management and industrial zones.
