About David-James Sebag

David-James Sebag is a partner in Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and specialises in technology transactions (venture capital, growth equity, M&A and LBOs), with a focus on cross-border deals. He represents private equity investors or fast-growing companies on successful VC and growth transactions. He regularly advises US and international clients in their French deals, as well as entrepreneurs on financings or acquisitions, in both France and the US. David-James is co-head of Gide’s VC global practice group and head of the New York office. He is a Member of the New York and Paris Bars and splits his time between Gide’s New York and Paris offices.
