About Diane Paillot de Montabert

Diane Paillot de Montabert is an associate in Gide’s litigation team in Paris. She specialises in corporate criminal law, compliance and internal investigations. She assists listed and unlisted companies, French and foreign, with litigation and advice on compliance and risk management (implementation and review of anti-corruption compliance programmes in accordance with the Sapin II Law and the Duty of Vigilance Law – risk mapping, codes of conduct, whistle-blowing procedures, training, etc). She also assists companies with corporate internal investigations, helping to prepare their defence before the criminal courts (in particular the conclusion of CJIP proceedings), the commercial courts and the civil courts (representing French groups sued on the basis of the Duty of Vigilance Act).
