About Elizabeth Gautier

Elizabeth Gautier is a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel, where she specialises in French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position and merger control) and acts on behalf of national and international clients before the French Competition Authority, the EC and their appeal courts. Elizabeth also represents clients in private litigation before the French courts. Additionally, she is regularly involved in large-scale multi-filing projects and has developed specific expertise in merger control proceedings in Africa. During the course of her career, Elizabeth has developed particular expertise in the agrifood, consumer goods and banking sectors, as well as in the entertainment industry (online gaming and betting, sport, e-sport).
