About Franck Audran

Franck Audran is a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he specialises in French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control). Franck assists clients in litigation, both before supervisory bodies (with regard to cartels and abuse of dominant position) and commercial courts (with regard to compensatory remedies, restrictive competition practices, etc). He has acted in complex merger operations that required commitments and/or the initiation of an in-depth investigation phase before the French Competition Authority, the EC, or national competition authorities (both EU and non-EU). Franck has gained particular expertise in the digital economy sector, working with clients to adapt their activities to new online consumption methods.
