About Julien Nouchi

Julien Nouchi is of counsel in Gide’s Casablanca office and specialises in company taxation. He is regularly involved in domestic and cross-border tax-related matters, such as M&A and restructuring operations, transfers of business, transfer pricing, and general tax matters. Julien also advises Moroccan and international clients on their daily dealings with the tax authorities, particularly within the context of tax audits or claims. He has significant experience in tax matters applicable to the insurance, banking, real estate, oil and gas, and green energies sectors.
