About Loris Marghieri

Loris Marghieri is a partner at Gide and leads the real estate practice in Casablanca, where he moved in 2015 after several years in Paris as a member of the real estate transactions & financing practice group, having been admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010. Loris advises domestic and international operators on real estate transactions and assets (industrial, office, retail and shopping mall, hotels, logistics, residential, data centres, etc) in Morocco and in Africa. He is involved in acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets (externalisations, share deals, asset deals), real estate financing, construction operations and large-scale development projects, and in the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements.
