About Maxime Masurier

Maxime Masurier holds a PhD in Law and is an associate in the Public Law/Projects team in the Casablanca office of Gide Loyrette Nouel. He specialises in infrastructure and energy matters, and has in-depth legal expertise in the electricity sector and PPA practice. He assists public and private economic operators in the design, structuring, financing and implementation of strategic transport and energy infrastructure projects in Morocco, securing their legal, financial and operational interests. He is particularly involved in regulatory matters and contractual matters.
