About Marie-Sophie Chevreteau

Marie-Sophie Chevreteau is a senior associate in Gide’s M&A team in Paris. She joined the firm in October 2019 and specialises in in technology transactions (M&A, venture capital, growth equity and LBOs) with a focus on cross-border deals. Marie-Sophie advises both start-ups and VC/PE funds. Marie-Sophie was seconded to Gide’s New York office for a year in 2022–2023.
