About Salim Zobiri

Salim Zobiri is a counsel within Gide’s mergers & acquisitions/corporate practice in Casablanca. He advises on cross-border M&A transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate law matters. He has extensive experience assisting local and international clients with complex transactions and investment projects in Morocco and across the African continent, and regularly acts on M&A deals involving companies in the MENA and sub-Saharan Africa regions. Salim was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010 and to the Paris Bar in 2012.
