About Simon Auquier

Simon Auquier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and is a partner at Gide who specialises in M&A and corporate law. A member of the Gide Africa practice group, he co-heads the Casablanca office. Simon works on corporate acquisitions and divestments, foreign investments and industrial partnerships, and assists domestic clients on joint ventures with foreign partners and acquisitions in Morocco. He advises both Moroccan and foreign clients on their investments in sub-Saharan Africa and has been involved in multiple transactions over the years not only in West Africa but also further afield in various African sub-regions.
